Stayed one night at the end of completing the West Highland Walk and we were so lucky to have chosen this hotel. It is beautifully decorated, very smart decor and lovely comfortable bedroom. The bed was so comfy and and very tastefully decorated. We ate at the hotel's restaurant, the food was really good.The staff including management are really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Don't be put off by the hotel's exterior, the interior is beautiful. A lovely hotel.

If you're in the area don't miss this hotel. Modern, clean lines. Excellent rooms. Friendly and attentive staff who are also professional and efficient. Food in the restaurant is straight forward but with cooking of a very high standard it's a pleasure. We'll definitely be back.

Just returned from 3 night stay in this fantastic hotel. Beautiful decor, fantastic food and staff who could not do enough for us. Great disabled room for parents in their eighties and lovely family room for us. Ate in the hotel every night. Huge portions!

We only stayed here one night and weren't expecting anything special but the restaurant meal that night certainly was. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms on the small side but clean and comfortable. A bit of a walk from the train station but worth it.
