Christine & Willie provided us with the perfect place to stay to enjoy New Years in Fort William. Close to the town centre and within driving distance of many tourist attractions like the Nevis Range, Loch Ness and other places, we were greeted by a smiling Christine and looked after by both her and Willie. They were even accommodating enough to help me arrange to propose to my (now fiancé) whilst staying there. All in all a great place to stay at what was a great New Year! I will be recommending them most highly!

Easy to find with plenty of parking - welcomed with a pot of tea and shortbread.
15 min stroll alongside Loch in to town - plenty of pubs and restaurants.
Rooms comfy..... if a little frilly!
Amazing breakfast.
Thought the room was a little pricy for a B&B.....but having a rainbow appear on the loch outside your window - priceless!

I took my girlfriend to Fort William to propose and booked two nights at Ashburn house. Staying at Ashburn house really helped make it a special few days. Both Christine and Willie couldn't have been nicer and the whole experience was flawless. The breakfast was top class and the room was lovely. We will be back very soon.

Recently stayed at Ashburn House for a couple of nights as the first part of our honeymoon in beautiful Scotland. The owners could not have made us, and other guests, more welcome and provided good advice on where to eat in Fort William. Rooms were excellent as was breakfast. The B&B is situated in an ideal location for easy access to the town and commands lovely views of the Loch. Would thoroughly recommend.
