“Beautiful accommodaion & service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 September 2011

We were a party of 5 and all 3 rooms were very comfortable and attractive. Only a 5 minute walk into town which was wonderful after sitting in a car all day. Recommendations received for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed. Dugie is an entertainer at heart and brightened breakfast even more on a lovely sunny morning.

Room Tip: We had the four poster - very romantic

“Best Hospitality (and Porridge) in Scotland”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 September 2011

We arrived late in the evening, hungry and tired. Dugie immediately recommended a restaurant, called to make sure they were still open and had a table for us, then insisted on driving us there himself and picking us up 90 minutes later. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts delicious. Don't miss the Best Porridge in Scotland! We'll be back!

“Do NOT pass this one by...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 July 2011

A charming guesthouse and great place to stay in Inverness. Conveniently situated and a warm welcome from the Owners. Having always used the larger rather impersonal hotels in Inverness, this was a really pleasant change. Rooms are all tastefully furnished and decorated, and lots of little extra touches too. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a real treat. This will definitely be the place to stay when next visiting Inverness.

“Great place, good location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 June 2011

We stayed one night and it was great. The room was large and comfortable

Breakfast was also good. The hosts were very friendly and informative. The house is tastefully decorated in what I believe is the Cameron clan colors. There is a media/reading room near the front door and a large dining area. The grounds are well maintained. We ate at the The Kitchen for dinner. A good choice to stay when you are in Inverness. Also the River walk is delightful

Parking is a bit tight in the backyard area.
