Good location for my work.

A nice welcome & everybody that I dealt with was polite & friendly.

Room was good, everything worked & no issues.

Restaurant was good, menu & food very nice indeed. Reasonably priced too.

Was able to leave my car in the hotel car park which visiting clients in the city centre.

A good experience all in & great value for money.

Happy to & will probably stay again if available.

on booking in to this hotel staff were very friendly ,the hotel is clean and well run and is near the city center .but my bed room was very small and sounded like a ships engine room,it came from the noise of the kitchen extractor fans below ,i asked to be moved to another room to be told there was no window in it, i felt like i was sleeping in a dungeon,but over all the hotel is clean well run and very friendly staff .if any one is planning on staying here ask to see the room first.

we recently spent 2 nights at this hotel to celebrate my daughters hen night and we had a great time the rooms were all very nice and the bathrooms very good. the staff were all very,very nice thats nothing was no trouble even a drink spillage and a broken glass didnt bother them. congratulations to Elaine the manager who was exceptional and also for running an excellent hotel.

We booked a room from their website. A family room on the smaller side for four adults (although we booked for four adults, also called up to check but still the person at the reception was suprised) Otherwise everyone was extremely friendly at the hotel. Slightly difficult to find but a walkable distance from the train station but slighly expensive.
