Cedar Villa Guest House is located only a few minutes walk from town centre. Though located at a busy road the rooms to the back are quiet. Family room with two single and a double bed and big en-suite bathroom. Very good cooked full Scotish breakfast. Nice and easy hosts. We enjoyed our 5 nights stay!

I needed somewhere that was close to the town but quiet enough so that I could rest following laser eye surgery. The owner was really helpful and allowed me to park my car early. 5 min walk to town centre. I stayed in a double room at the top of the house which was very quiet, comfy and i felt very secure. Facilities were fab and the breakfast was amazing. Felt like I was staying with friends and will def return.

My husband and I wanted a place to stay overnight convenient for the town centre and we definitely made the right decision to stay here. Our room was beautiful - large double bed, ensuite shower room, spotlessly clean with a great breakfast. It was so good that we've booked on our way back to Skye later this week!

The Cedar Villa is a great little B&B , small in size but certainly not in hospitality as has previously been posted ,the breakfast supplied is enough to keep you going for the day.
Situated about 10 minutes walk from the Railway station it`s ideally located for the town centre ,& easily located for anyone visiting Inverness, I would have no hesitation about returning to this guesthouse when in Inverness.
