Myself and two workmates stayed here for seven nights whilst working in Inverness. Janice put us in the 'family' quarters which has a kitchenette. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choice.

We stayed for three days with our 2 kids and felt so much at home with Janice. She is running her guest house efficiently, professionally, with very much care and a personal touch. The rooms and facilities (e.g. washing mashine, dryer, kitchen) are spotless and very practical , too. Since it was our first accommodation on the trip our standards and expectations were very high from the beginning and hardly ever met after this. Strong recommendation!

Our main priority in looking for a guest house was our dog! Furan accepted our westie without question. Janice is a wonderful host, very clean accommodation and nothing was too much trouble. We were canoieing the Great Glen Way from Fort William to Inverness but finished it too late to get to our intended stop and Janice took us in late at night even with all our wet kit! A warm welcome awaited us and we were able to wash and dry all our kit, get a great nights kip and eat a hearty breakfast which is just what was needed. Nothing was a problem for Janice and we cannot think of a single negative to say about our stay. All was wonderful and we would certainly stay again when in this area. Close to town centre but equally lovely and quiet, off road parking too.

My sister, my husband and myself spent 3 weeks in the United Kingdom and stayed in many Guest Houses and this was the best BY FAR..Janice was a lovely, friendly host. We had the family unit which was spotlessly clean and tea/ coffee making facilities. Janice told us about a pub with good food within walking distance...food was excellent. We had a yummy cooked breakfast and Janice gave us some good advice regarding Guest Houses for the remainder of our trip. We will definitely be back on our next trip..thanks Janice from the three Aussies
