Absolutely fine.
Bad points: Slightly ropey en-suite, obviously not fitted by a tradesman, but clean.
Good points: Lovely pub behind, lovely curry house behind, staff- friendly and helpful,near to town.
Was only informed about 5 quid parking charge once there, but in all fairness, we never asked beforehand.
Good place to stay

Late booking still reasonably priced, room for 3 people - instead of the usual double and fold out couch, there was 3 beds, brilliant after a night out. The room was massive, well heated, clean and despite being on street level not noisy at all, even with a club next door. The shower was fantastic and breakfast was also a must. Central location, would definitely consider going back for another girls night out.

We arrived mid afternoon at this hotel and asked if we could park our car outside. We were told we would have to pay him £5 per night to park behind the hotel which was a dirty smelly lane.
We were shown to our room, which was large enough and comfortable.
The room was directly behind the reception which ended up being a problem, the entrance hall floor boards creeked and to make matters worse, the gentleman covering reception overnight had a constant irritating cough.

My husband is a smoker and everytime he went out for a smoke, he had to ring the bell to get back in as there wasnt a key provided. After coming back from our night out, we were locked out for a little while as the reception wasn't always manned. We were also locked out in the morning after we had been out to have an early morning stroll.

The breakfast in the morning was quite good, we could either have a full Scottish breakfast or cereals and fruits.

The hotel is quite close to the centre and was very convenient for local restaurants, pubs and shops.

Stayed for one night and all I wanted was a budget hotel - this was it. No frills, it does exactly what is says - provides bed and breakfast. Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good. For a B&B in Glasgow city centre, I think this was fine, as was the price.
