Staff very very good and really accomodating. Rooms massive for a family room and very helpful with laundry and extra bits and pieces. We had consistently at the Beefeaters restaurant and my son loved it, have never seen him eat so much!!! My cousin drove us around, touring, so location convenient for him. Location great to shopping with a short walk to train station to get you into city or to Edinburgh. Bus stops also convenient. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

we only stayed one night in milngavie as the group of us was walking the west highland way starting the next morning. a member booked a meal at another restuarant that night, so i cannot comment on the meals, although whilst in the bar, the meals looked delicious on the way past to the diners. we didnt take advantage of the buffet breakfast,but it certainly looked good value for the money.

We would definantly stay at this hotel again.

This has to be one of the friendliest hotels in Glasgow ... staff extremely friendly , nothing a problem for them .. rooms immaculately clean .. food superb .. will definantly use this hotel again when visiting family .
