stayed 2 nights and used the hotel as a base to explore Loch Lomond and take a shopping trip to Glasgow city centre by train. Hotel was great and the local area has everything you need: good transport, places to eat and shop, a good local leisure centre. Only downside of the location is that it's close the the airport - great if you have a flight to catch but bad if you don't want to hear planes coming in to land from early morning to about 11pm at night. Ate at the linked restaraunt and had a good breakfast each day and an evening meal on our second night. Food was good, staff could have been better at pointing out the deals like bottomless drinks and the value menu, but otherwise it was good.
