Found hotel by chance using late rooms.com. Was fantastic value for money. Lovely old hotel with friendly staff and lovely food. portions were huge and good. Wish the weather had been better so that we could have explored the grounds.

Just spent two nights here with my partner. We had a lovely relaxing time, just what we needed. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff throughout our stay were very polite and attentive. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and the meal was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Will definitely return in the future.

On a recent trip to visit family in Glasgow we came across this place on late rooms and found an extremely good rate. I phoned up to explain that we had a newborn and was given a room with now adjoining rooms and a travel cot was also placed in for us. The room was a traditional style with a four poster (very comfortable) and a Jacuzzi bath. Yes it was a bit worn in places but it was clean and warm! The rate included breakfast which had a good choice. All the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. I'm glad we have found this place as it is near to our family in Glasgow and give's us a nice quiet retreat. will definitely visit again.

Yes it's a little bit tired in areas but they do try had and they are exceptional value
My room, the Balmoral Suite had an enormous jacuzzi, quite random and not really for a business trip but for a honeymoon couple very nice I'm sure

Yes I would stay again and I would recommend staying here to others
