Well situated hotel in Glasgow.Roms generallly okay but lacking character. Mattress to soft for my tastes. Difficult to criticise an inclusive breakfast but it was mediocre. Self service arrangements were frustrating and illogical. Could be annoying if you need a quick breakfast as they lengthened the queue. Service was left to right but bread was to the right of the toaster! So minor complaints, nothing much to worry about. Equally little to get enthusiastic about either.
