I have stayed at these apartments on a couple of occasions as they are so close to the hospital. Apartments vary in size, but of the two I've stayed in both were good in their own ways. On arrival flats were very clean. They are not serviced, but there are washing machines and tumble dryers and I opted to clean my towels myself over the 2 weeks I stayed there. You can choose to have your room fully serviced for an extra charge Generally the rooms were clean, tidy and furniture was in keeping with the period of the property. Could be noisy at times as we were in the room next to the front door, but this wasn't actually problematic at all. Kitchens were well equipped although both the kitchen and bathrooms could have been updated, however they had everything you need and the flats are very warm which is great in Glasgow in the winter. Staff were very helpful - on a few occasions found extra items for the kitchen (chopping board, tin opener after ours broke) and they also kindly arranged for me to have an emergency dental appointment - above and beyond the call of duty really.
Overall I would recommend the apartments. We always stayed in the cheaper ones as it was for work, but one of the other girls was upgraded due to a problem in one of the rooms and their suits are incredible! Would def recommend those for a romantic weekend. The cheaper flats are quite basic, but for £52 a night that's to be expected.

“Good location, acommodation and price!”
Stayed here for new years eve. Booked well in advance but was informed on arrival that we had been upgraded at no extra cost, which was brilliant. Apartment itself was spotless and everything was in order and as it should be.
5 minutes away from Byres Road/Ashton Lane, or West End in general. Location excellent.
Owners left a bottle of Pinot Grigio for everyone room as a happy New Year gift, which was a nice touch.

“Highly recommended”
Wonderfull Georgian buildings with ornate plasterwork and gracefull proportions in public spaces.Accomodation very clean,comfortable bed and well equiped kitchen.We were booked for two nights in studio flat.On second day commented to receptionist on noise from nearby laundry.Immediately offered choice of free upgrade for remainder of stay.Settled for mews cottage which normally costs more than twice studio rate.

“Forget the rest this is the best!”
We have been using The Whitehouse for the last 15 years. Great location. Within easy walking distance for great bars and restaurants.The accomodation is always warm and clean. Comfortable sittingrooms with TV, Freeview,DVD and a music centre. Kitchen has everything you need to have a dinner party if you felt inclined.. Good size bathrooms You simply wouldn't get this amount of space for your money any where else in Glasgow. The staff are friendly, kind and very heplful. On our last visit we stayed in one of the Mews houses. Loved it! We are going back over the Christmas period to visit family.

We stayed at Randolf Gate Jordanhill..... great location.... on arrival were greeted by a very nice man....
The apartment was shabby to say the least.....small beds...no extra linen to change the beds for our three week trip....when asked for more the stuck up receptionist was very difficult...but eventually gave us some linen....
Probably the worst accommodation i have ever stayed in and it was not cheap....
the apartment was dirty and grubby....
The staff in the White house where you pick up keys have one very rude young lady there who speaks at the customer...not to them....
Will never book with these guys again.....
