Due to snow bound Birmingham Airport, our flight from Dubai (Sat 4 Feb) was diverted to Galsgow. After 12 hours on the plan (7 hour flight) Emirates made arrangements for all 350 passengers and crew to stay over - thanks also to their organisation of the unexpected stopover )
We finally arrived at the hotel at 10.30 pm and depsite having to deal with over 100 passengers the staff were smiling and accommodating. Sorry I can't remember all the names but Sandra, Yvonne and team were excellent. Yvonne and the restaurant team were back at work for breakfast too. Rooms was small but very clean and warm. Quiet too. Dinner was ready for us although we were too tired too eat. Breakfast was excellent. Many of our fellow passengers were from Indian and Asia and I hope they felt as welcome as we did.
Thanks to all at the Holiday Inn.

Thank you so much for your comments following your recent un-expected stay at Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport due to adverse weather affecting flights in England.
I am delighted we looked after you so well in what are always difficult circumstances for the team given the short notice and volumes these situations sometimes throw at you.
Your comments about the team and specifically Yvonne and Sandra are very much appreciated and they are delighted to have looked after you and those fellow passengers.
Once again thank you.
best regards
