Another good weekend stay at the Sandyford. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, 10 mins walk to Hydro and 20 mins walk to main shopping area in Glasgow. You just canna beat it ......see you again in November.

Only stayed here for one evening but was really pleased with every aspect of hotel. Nice clean airy rooms with very comfortable beds and good facilities. Very polite and friendly staff and a very enjoyable cooked breakfast. Could not fault anything and will return again if we ever visit this lovely City again.

Stayed on the 21st June, took about 15 minutes to find a parking space, probably because there is no pay and display on Saturday and Sunday. The usual friendly service on check in ,and off to the Hydro for a concert - 15 minutes walk.

After the concert, I returned to my room and tried to get a good nights sleep - but this was very difficult due to the amount of noise from outside the room - this was exacerbated by having to keep the bedroom window open, as it was a very warm night.

I eventually dropped off, only to be woken again before 7am, by someone outside playing guitar and treating everyone to a few songs, including a passable version of Mustang Sally

As per usual, a good cooked breakfast, efficiently served, - and a few coffees recharged the batteries enough for the trip back home, but I could have done with a better sleep.

I would still use the Sandyford for the Hydro, SECC etc as the location is great, but not the external entertainment.
