We had lunch at the Sherbrooke Castle Hotel recently and although we arrived after the last lunch orders the management were happy to accommodate us. My wife and I both had the steak and party main course with our choice of hand made chips. The meat was fantastic, succulent and obviously slow cooked - we would both have that again. Also, what a pleasant change to have chips which are genuinely hand cut and cooked rather than what are often described as such but turn out to be a supermarket frozen variety.

We were married on the third of Feb, and followed on th the Sherbrooke. The staff, location and overall feel of the hotel were second to none. We had a small party wedding but nonetheless were treated with nothing but respect.
We will return to this hotel for dinner as the food was five star!

This Hotel is where we are holding our wedding in March, so we decided to go check out the venue!

The hotel and rooms are fabulous, spacious & well furnished. The en-suite immaculate, very modern in the room we were given....

As we were inviting only immediate family and close friends to join us in celebrating our Golden Wedding, we wished to enjoy excellent food and ambiance. We visited the Sherbrooke and discussed our wishes for a private room and food chosen from the Dining Room Menu. Our big day duly arrived - as it was late July, we enjoyed drinks on the terrace and choose our meal. Service was excellent and we were told when we could go inside. The large round table was beautifully set and each and every person, young and old, thoroughly enjoyed the selections which had been made. Again compliments were made concerning our choice of venue. The food was excellent and the service was without equal. We could not praise the entire event highly enough. We would thoroughly recommend the Sherbrooke Castle Hotel.
