This hotel is close to the centre of town so you can walk every where. The staff are always so helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need or want. The showers are great loads of hot water and no mild in sight.
Breakfast is always good especially when they have potato scones on the menu.

We booked a Groupon deal with Dinner & Breakfast included. On arrival we were told that our reservation had been cancelled, but were then told that there had been an error. The first room we were given had faulty plumbing but we were relocated without fuss to a nearby room where two of the cupboard doors had dropped off their hinges. A refurb is overdue.
The restaurant was a vast empty space lacking any real atmosphere but the food was excellent. Overall we were very much reminded of a stay in a French provincial hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a Saturday night as a gift from my mum at Christmas. We were lucky to get the last parking slot in the underground garage and check in was quick and easy (although an additional £10 surcharge for a Sat). The room was very basic - not much character, however clean and although king size bed looked understated we got great sleep. We also ate in the Elements restaurant - the food was good quality and the staff very attentive - although I really wanted to ask to turn the spotlights off. It made it like a canteen with not much atmosphere at all. I'd go as far as to say the basic/miminal settings of this hotel could make it appear soulless. The breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked stuff was below average. Overall a great location, and my stay was a gift so cant complain about price! But I would suggest there are better hotels for couples staying in the city centre of Glasgow.
