Well fitted out and quite spacious single room. Overpriced as my visit coincided with the Golf Open at nearby St Andrews. I paid almost double the usual rack rate for my one night stay.
Other than the price everything was quite acceptable. Pleasant staff. Clean linen and excellent breakfast selection.

We all had a lovely high tea at the Victoria Hotel this evening. Great food, excellent service,
could not fault it. Would recommend to anyone

Had our wedding at The Victoria Hotel last week...Where to start is a hard choice...The staff were beyond all our expectations and could not of done any more for us, our wedding co-ordinator Brian was a complete angel, taking care of our every need and request and one of the most friendly people we have had the pleasure of meeting, Shaunthe manager was like a babysitter and took great delight in running around and looking after the little kids, Susan the receptionist worked so hard and made all our guests welcome and all the other waiters, barstaff and people who catered for our every need were out of this world...The food was delicious, big portions and fresh, the buffets was unbelievable, huge amounts of various foods...Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious...LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF MY DAY, NIGHT AND BREAKFAST and we will be back...THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THE VICTORIA FOR THE MOST AMAZING TIME.

Staff at the Victoria were all friendly and helpful, the twin room we had was a good size and clean with a large bathroom. We ate in the hotel restaurant the meal was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was freshly cooked and well presented. The only downside was that there was a function going on downstairs which itself wasn't a problem but the guests smoking by the front door of the hotel were very roudy into the early hours directly under the window of our room, not the fault of the hotel of course but did prevent us sleeping until the function was over. Would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to/through Kirkcaldy.
