I booked the party night through my workplace. A close relative died just before the due date and her funeral was scheduled after the party night. I called three days before the party night to explain that I could no longer come along and was advised that no part of my pre paid booking (fully paid in advance) would be refunded. I was saddened that a hotel which I have previously used for courses, meals and nights out took advantage of my family situation. The true spirit of Christmas.

Just been to an Elvis tribute night at The Grange Manor in Grangemouth. What a fantastic night, well worth every penny! Food was excellent, service was very efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be back next year!!

A comfortable business type hotel with a good restaurant attached name Wallace’s, reasonably priced with good quality food. Staff were helpful, free internet access in the rooms and breakfast was pleasant.

I was at this hotel for an organised event and was shocked at how poor it was. The staff were fine and helpful but the meal, which we had paid for in advance, was more pub food than anything close to fine dining. The melon starter was mostly inedible, the beef main simply average. But it was the price of the drinks that shocked me... £4.75 for one vodka with no mixer. I think if you are going to charge London city prices you need to back it up with an experience - the Grange Manor spectacularly fails at this.
