Friendly staff, 4 star accomodation, close to bus, close to an inn where they serve fantastic food. So recomended!!

Clean, well located, and what the most important well equipped. Apartment was clean and spacious. We were well situated - we got great view on the Firth of Forth and the harbour. Friendly and helpful service - we had all we needed. Well equipped kitchen helped us save some money. Near by Asda is open 24h. Additionally there are some good restauratns about half mile with great sea food. Good bus communication makes its perfect place to explore Edinburgh - city worth visiting!

Large well appointed apartments, with plenty of room for four. The area is quiet and there is free underground car parking. Located at the end of bus route 10 that will get you in to the city centrein about 15 minutes, the apartments are also close to the Britannia and the Ocean terminal complex of shops and restaurants. No shortage of eating out options nearby. A large 24hr Asda is also close if you need to eat in - the full kitchen means that this is no problem.

We are so glad we stayed in these spacious serviced apartments in a quiet part of Edinburgh, but on a direct bus line into the city centre. At least 2 excellent restaurants are within a 5 minute walk away (Prezzo and Loch Fyne) and others are nearby, but with a full kitchen in the apartment, you can just as easily eat in. A huge supermarket (Asda) is 5 minutes' walk away. From our apartment window we could see not only the cruise ships and other boats coming in and out of the harbour (near enough to see, but far enough not to hear any noise from them) but also the Britannia. Absolutely glorious sunrise and sunsets.
The friendly staff and free WiFi simply capped off a perfect place to stay.
