I was lucky enough to stay at Tigerlily on a business trip and it was a truly lovely experience. The hotel decor is very of the moment and my room was beautiful. However it was the staff who really made the experience. Everyone was friendly, warm, welcoming and did a great job.

The only fault I could find is that some of the prices in the bar were a wee bit too high, but again the bar staff were great.

My friend and I stayed on a dinner, bed & breakfast package in a Junior Suite.
The room was very spacious with a comfi bed and amenities like an ipod, a dvd player, board games, comp water and fruit and a huge power shower as well as ghds.
We shared Afternoon Tea with bubbles and enjoyed a delicious three course dinner in the stylish restaurant. All staff were attentive and friendly and I would recommend the chocolate fondue to share for dessert. The cocktails are pricey but worth the money and you get free entry and a queue jump to Tigerlily's nightclub Lulus. The Night Manager even made us sandwiches when we returned to the hotel after our night out. We had breakfast in our room for no additional fee and rented a dvd to watch in bed in the morning also comp. All in all a perfect stay and we didn't even have to leave the hotel for 24 hrs as it was cold and rainy outside - Tigerlily have it all.

I booked a night in December with my wife and it was great we really enjoyed our time, room was fantastic we stayed on level 3... Bar on afternoon was nice and relaxed for a few drinks.

My boyfriend booked our overnight stay weeks in advance (and upgraded our room as a surprise) and I was thoroughly looking forward to it. Big mistake. Unless you are able to sleep through thumping music that plays constantly until very early in the morning don't stay here. The first customer service blunder was when we didn't receive a confirmation email, the 2nd being told we didn't have a booking, the 3rd a confirmation which was totally wrong and the last straw was not even being asked whether we'd enjoyed our stay. Very poor. The only saving graces were the lovely room and the very good food.
