“Good location for the Old Townn”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

As with all Premier Inns you know what you are getting. Clean and comfortable room. I wanted to review this one in particular as the staff were wonderful. We arrived early on the Sat - around 11am. (by the way Scotland was at home to England in the 6 nations that day so everywhere was busy) and were hoping for an early check in as we had lunch reservations for 2pm. Kelly on the front desk was truly professinoal and wonderful and sorted us out a treat. A credit to the hotel. All the staff were lovely andf friendly. Thankyou all.

“A Mid -Week Getaway”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

My wife and myself got the oppertunity to get away for a few days in late January and booked a room at Premier Inn Lauriston Place.
From arrival, the staff were friendly and attentive, which made check-in as painless as possible and answered our queries with great paitence as I am sure that they have answered similar questions a million times before. Our room was clean, roomy and very, very comfortable.Anytime we passed reception there was always a smile and greeting which made our small getaway even more enjoyable. The entire stay at the premier inn was extremely enjoyable, the only quibble was that it wasn't long enough.

“Value with a smile”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 January 2012

Recently visited relatives in Edinburgh. Found Premier Inn at the right price and was very pleasantly suprised at the value for money, the frendliness and exceptional quality of staff with the overall experience of a great stay. Perfectly situated at Lauriston Place, the welcome on arrival, clean, well proportioned room and value for money + quality food made the choice of hotel the best yet. Well done to Whitbread / Premier Inn for giving a good account of themselves. Would definately recommend this Hotel for visitors to Edinburgh and will make it our regular place to stay from now on.

“Could not fault this hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 January 2012

Just returned last week and could not fault this hotel. On arriving well before our check in time we were greeted by friendly staff. We was able to off load our cases and go out to investgate our surroundings while waiting for our rooms. The rooms were great. Warm, plenty of space, massive bed, which was firm and very comfortable. The staff thoughout the hotel were aways friendly and very attentive. Food was great and the premier breakfast was great value for money. Even the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. The hotel was in a good loction and the staff were happy to help with directions and bus services. We would definetly return to his hotel on my next hotel. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay great!
P.S Any taking a break in Edinburgh, if you like history you must visit the Rosslyn Chapel in the town of Rosslyn. Its about half hour on the number 15 bus and it is an awsome sight! Check it out on google. This was the highlight of my trip and i am greatful to the cab driver who recommended it to us.
Regards

Room Tip: we stayed in room 516 but had friends staying in other rooms and all said the same.
