The Premier Inn in Leith Edinburgh is excellent value for money. A large room, 15 mins from Edinburgh city centre for only £59 on a Friday night. Love the baths in the Premier Inn hotels, always spacious rooms and good facilities. This room had a massive flat screen TV which we tuned into after enjoying a lovely meal in the downstairs restaurant/bar. Recommend it. Also Loch Fyne restaurant is 5 minutes walk away, but book first.

just stayed 2nights here to visit Edinburgh. would highly recommend this hotel for its great staff, fab sea views on request,great rooms, quiet nights,on site dining and only 10 mins drive to city center also just round the corner from royal yacht. will def stay there again.

We booked a two night break for the Rugby weekend in Edinburgh at the last minute - as nothing much else was available! Admittedly the price was inflated due it being a Six Nations Rugby Weekend (£195 in total for two nights - family room) - but this place greatly exceeded our expectations! It was recently refurbished with new bathroom and nice big flat screen TV, but most of all it was spotlessly clean and not too noisy at all. The restaurant next door was excellent value for a good quality buffet style breakfast too (where our 2 kids ate for free both mornings). Really Good.
