Couple in 20s. Stayed over new year in guest house.

Good location for walk to city centre. Recommend walking as although this may have been new year prices a short trip in comcab taxiu was at least 10 pounds

Isabelle the host was very friendly.

Breakfast was good and goos variety.

Room 4 was comfortable, however shower is a bit of a squeeze, windows difficult to open but bathroon is fine if your extractor is on... Switch on celiling needs to be on which we didn't realise was there initially.

Rooms were replenished for towels and toiletries however it woudlve been nice for beds to be changed and the vacuum passed just for a general freshen, as we were there 4 night.

Complementary wine was given for swapping to book through themselves rather than late rooms, however we did not receive this as planned and had to ask for it later on the first evening, we were given wine from their own fridge as they hadn't got ours yet.

Spent two lovely nights here whilst enjoying festive Edinburgh.. Harry and Isabelle were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable, and location great for exploring the city- we will definitely come back! Thanks for a wonderful weekend, Henry and Sarah

Three friends from Sutherland, Skye & Wester Ross had November reunion week in this beautifully cosy, warm and homely apartment. All rooms had been newly and tastefully decorated with the comfiest recliner chair ever as well as comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen and facilities. Harry & Isa, owners, had put a generous welcome pack of goodies in the fridge to greet us and were kindly on hand to offer info and help wherever necessary (even drove us to a swim pool and to see Britannia one night and wi-fi-d our laptop!) .
This self catering apartment is 2 minutes walk from bus stops for 10 minute direct journey to city centre Princess St - shops, art gallery, bus/train stations, botanic gardens and is perfectly located for accessing all wonders and attractions that Edinburgh offers...too many to cover in one week .... and 5 mins walk from a foodstore.
We three loved our stay in this apartment which is exceptional value for money and operated by the kindest, most helpful and city-knowledgeable couple. A week is not long enough! Will be back. Thank You for our happy week. Kai, Jessie & Lex

We spent a lovely 5 days at Craigmoss and it provided a great base to see the sights of Edinburgh with frequent bus service just outside. The variety of the breakfasts was really good and we sampled 3 out of the 6, the favourite with my Daughter was the healthy option fruit berry yoghurt with warm croissant. The owners Isabelle and Harry are very friendly and Isabelle chatted over breakfast about places to see and where to go. The room was clean and modern. We would definately stay here again.
