I stayed at Canon Court recently whilst attending a wedding in Edinburgh. The location was excellent, being so close to local amenities as well a being only a short distance away from the city centre. The staff were friendly and informative and the added bonus was on site car parking. will definately stay there again!

Stayed in these apartment on a stag weekend in Feb 11. The apartments where comfortable and clean. The location was central enough to walk home after night out. All in all in did the job.

Although the room was nice enough, we had pre-booked and paid through a booking site and were then pinged with a 200 pound pre-authorisation on our credit card which we didn't find out about until after we left the hotel! This tied up a huge amount of our spending money for the rest of our trip (which included Paris). The service we received when ringing up to find out why they were holding so much money was terrible. The first person we spoke to told us we would definitely have the money back in two business days, the next said five, the next said seven...!!! I probably wasted $30AU or more on phone calls. I would never stay here again as each person we spoke to was rude, and no one informed us of the 200 pound pre-authorisation and the insane amount of time for which they would hold it when we checked in (all the other UK hotels we stayed at just took card details and only billed--within a couple of days--if we had used services etc.). Were they investing the money?? We will never know but it was certainly a terrible experience!

Location was good for us as we like to walk. Around 20 minutes walk to Royal Mile.
Apartment was clean and comfortable. We like the parking place (free of charge)
Nicely furnished and kitchen was well equipped.
We stayed on second floor with the view on backyard and it was very quiet
We would stay here again
