Staff were excellent when we got there...16 bed apartment was absolutely fab! It was well priced and excellent location right on the royal mile....just above the filling station. We had 12 girls staying and there was way more than enough room for us all, even when we were all getting ready...great that there was 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Lots of mirrors = key togetting ready. They seemed to have thought of everything...the only thing missing was oven gloves! Will definitely recommend and will stay again...thank you!!

Staff very accomodating during any contact. We needed extra beds for others arriving on different days over the weekend, this was no problem for the staff, The girl who met us, very friendly. The appartment, warm, clean, loads of hot water, well situated, quiet, near shops, nearest pub right outside our front door, Deacon Brodies 30 seconds away. Had to climb to 5th floor to our room up a spiral concrete staircase, this added to the ambience, The door handle to the bathroom, very difficult to work, this caused no amount of laughter as the person stuck in the bathroom had to knock to come out. Loved it and would recomment from a party of 5-8 40 years olds

If you are looking for a decent priced stay in a well located modern apartment then this is a no brainer. Tesco Express located just around the corner, city centre is about 1 mile away or 20 mins walk. The apartment is well kitted out and fully furnished.

If you are a hotel person (like me) then the adjustment to self catering takes a bit of time but I must say I was impressed with this apartment and am happy to recommend it.

BTW if you don't like walking then its about £5 in a taxi to the Castle and its environs.

We had to debunk from the house due to repair work and took the opportunity to have a night in our home city. We couldn't have been happier with our stay; clean, comfortable and very friendly. Right in the heart of the city with in easy reach of most of what the city had to offer. My wife who is a light sleeper was not troubled by noise at all. Excellent, thanks.
