Two big gripes - WI-FI useless and bar staff cannot count!!! On three occasions over foursquare we had to query overcharge of £1.20 - £2.60 for our drinks, ended up asking for receipts every round and after third time went elsewhere to socialise. Breakfast n evening food good. Rooms clean and tidy and housekeeping staff have an excellent sense of humour. Overall if we hadn't got the rooms at a cheap price we should have stayed elsewhere .

Good reception at this modern hotel. Although it's on a junction it was not noisy. Spacious room, everything worked. Comfortable bar. Stored my luggage with no fuss. 5 minutes' walk from Haymarket station, only 6 minutes from Waverley. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well as one in the hotel. Very good value for money and friendly people. Handy for the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art as well as Murrayfield.

Stayed here after a dinner last week. Hotel very clean & modern; usual Premier Inn rooms with facilities; full breakfast in morning. Not the grandest hotel possibly but certainly very good value. Close to Haymarket Station and the EICC / Financial District. Would definitely stay there again

Me & my partner stayed for one night in this hotel, we have stayed before and it was of equally good standard on this stay. Rooms were spacious & clean, all basic needs catered for. Very good value for money £29 on a Friday night stay!! We didn't stay for breakfast but we did previously which is also great value for money & nice food.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice, cheap hotel. Located just a short walk from Princes street & is lovely and quiet.
