I've stayed in this hotel before and not enjoyed it but this time on the whole it was slightly better...or at least the first half of my stay was.
It's perfectly located, and that's the reason for my return. The rooms however are very small and pokey with minimal amenities. For anyone on a business trip or wanting to use wifi, the instructions for connecting are awful and over-complicated and the connection itself is not that great.
Great service with a smile from the reception but when it came to breakfast time on our final day we were very rudely made to leave for overstaying by 10 minutes extra. It would have been okay if we were kindly verbally informed that breakfast time had finished but instead we had a girl slam a tray on our table and walk off. As much as that screamed unprofessional, the management did send an email in apology.
So if you plan a visit to this hotel, maybe have breakfast elsewhere.
