A lovely Bed & Breakfast option in Edinburgh. We only stayed the night and were delighted with the whole exprience. A warm welcome from Murdo & Bracken set the scene well! Our room (4) was spacious & very well appointed. It was at the front of the hotel but didn't hear any road noise at all. It's in a very good position with the centre of Edinburgh a 15-20 minute stroll away. Buses stop virtually outside the garden gate if you're feeling lazy. Plenty of free parking at the side of the hotel at weekends too.

The breakfast was superb - full Scottish with all the trimmings. Plenty of toast & very good coffee. We would definately stay here again & would recommend the Duthus Lodge to anyone. Many thanks for a great stay.

It has taken me far too long to write this review. However, my tardiness does not lessen the outstanding time we had at Duthus Lodge. During our stay in Scotland, we visited and experienced MANY Bed and Breakfasts. We loved Kay and Murdo, their warm hospitality, and the way they made us feel so very special. The accommodation was spectacular, the breakfast was fantastic, and of course Edinburgh was amazing. Thank you for having us, we will return.

myself and my 3 sisters stayed here on a birthday weekend in Edinburgh. We were made very welcome and were delighted with our room. Parking was secure and theres a bus stop right across the road which cost £1.30 to the city centre. The Scottish breakfast was delicious. I will definetly stay here again.

Stayed at the Duthus Lodge once again, and as always, not disappointed.
A warm welcome, lovely breakfasts, and very homely too, not forgetting how easy and convenient for local public transport.
Can't wait to go back!
