This property is clean and well presented.We had plenty of space for 4 and the en suite and separate bathroom made a trip with 2 teenage daughters easy!The kitchen is spacious and well equipped,though we didn't use it much.Its a 15-20 minute walk into town,but you can catch a bus at the end of the road.I have no hesitation recommending this flat.The owners were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a great one

Meet Liz this time very helpful lady I was impressed that she had taken the time to read remember and be proactive on the comments I had left on the previous occassion. We like the quiet location although it is within easy reach of city centre. The range of toys/games for an evening in was also very good. We found the apartment warm even in winter and in particular the main bedroom for sleeping but a fan was provided to overcome this if you felt uneasy about sleeping with the balcony doors open. For us the real bonus points were the space, the on-suite shower, comfortable furnishings and the quiet. Small draw back parking not always available on evening return to the apartment.

My family of 4 adults had a extremely pleasant experience at the Harland. It had everything that one could ask in a furnished apartment.Every evening my daughter aged 18 and my nephew aged 23 would just be waiting to pick up some takeaway so that they could return as soon as possible to the comforts of Harland. My wife called it home away from home. She was extremely happy that we had chosen to stay there instead of a 3 or 4 star hotel.
Overall a very good place with good amenities and furnishings for those families who do not mind doing a little housework while on a holiday. We also loved the daily 20 -25 min walk to the city centre. LIz Bentleys tips for a outing in edinburgh is a definite plus point.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment located in a very quiet square of Edinburgh. Everything was provided for our comfort: a cot and a highchair for our baby, clean towels and linen, and we were received with milk, cookies and coffee on our arrival.
I think the best of the property is the silence (we enjoyed to sleep till very late in the morning), the location, the powerful shower, the natural light of the apartment and the amazing kitchen! We cooked all of our dinners there.
We really enjoyed our stay here and we will recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a great time in Edinburgh with its family.
