Nice views, good welcome and helpful - for £31 a bargain.

what can one say it was like coming home made so very welcome,it is clean and the best breakfast,you would think you where the only people there as they made sure you had everything you needed and more,close to good eating places and bus stops or a short walk to the city which has everything one needs,bus station, rail station.
I and make sure anyone traveling to dundee uses strathdon as their base.

I stayed here for the entire month of September. Despite being more used to 5 star hotels, I have come to really like this place and would highly reccomend it. The atic rooms have breathtaking views across the Tay. The owners are pleasant and efficient. The breakfast is very good, I would highly reccomend the poached eggs, which are outstanding. The rooms are comfortable and very nicely equiped - all en suite - I have had the benefit of seeing most of the rooms throughout my stay. I will be using the guest house for visiting staff and students to my place of work. Whether you are here on holiday or business, try this pleasnt establishment - very well priced and a pleasure to stay in.

we stayed at strathon in dundee and it was clean,friendly,cosy,the beds
where lovely and we had everything we needed,lots of hot water and fluffy towels.
the breakfast was more than anyone could eat,lots of fruit,the scottish breakfast was lovely everything fresh,coffee,toast,the best bacon,and eggs.
we where there for 4 weeks and would go back.
