We stayed in a family room for only £41 for the night, it was a complete bargain, my friends and I decided to go clubbing in Dundee last minute and this place was ideal. Secure free-parking on-site, very friendly/helpful guy when we checked into reception. We found this Hotel very clean and room was nice, lovely sofa bed, first time in years in a Travelodge and was amazed how modern it was. My only complaint is there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Also our friend stayed on the sofa bed and it wasn't until we went to bed really late after a night out we realised there was no bedding available for him so we had to give him a sheet while we made do with a very thin duvet. Am sure we could've went and asked at Reception but this was about 4am as we were just getting into bed. Overall a very pleasant stay.

stayed on sat 3rd dec. the room walls were filthy and my feet stuck to the carpet when i walked on it. the noise from the street went on till 4am the noise in the corridor went on till 3.45am, screaming and doors banging, no phone in the room to get in touch with reception. first hotel ive been in and didnt feel safe, if you are female and staying on your own do not stay in this hotel, for £55.00 a night you could get a lot better.

We booked in for one night. The room was huge. At the window end the ceiling must have been about twenty feet high above a tall glazed window. It would have been quite creepy for a solitary user.

We were at the back so no big noise except for people clattering down the metal stairs from the second floor because the lift only went up to floor one. Also the water pipes seem to "sing" all the time.

Nice reception who gave us extra pillows and a free photocopy map of the city centre.

It's ideally situated this Lodge. Head across to Ward Road, keep going east and you soon find yourself in Albert Sq for museum and Reform St for food, drink and shops. Excellent shoe shop there - Rieker.

Clean spacious room. Not going there to watch TV so have no issues with the amount of channels. Try to get a room at the back as There is a lot of noise at the front (although to be fair some of it was created by us). Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there again.
