“Best Premier Inn I've stayed at”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 January 2012

Stayed here a few times in recent years as I enjoy visiting Dundee. Pub & Cineworld on your door step as well as Indian, mcD's, KFC.
Loads of parking and bus stop to town centre right behind hotel.
Entrance to park is next to hotel and is a nice walk.
ideal stop over place if visiting Dundee or even to St Andrews.

“Good stopover choice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 January 2012

We stayed here for 1 night, and just wanted somewhere close to the main road but with access to food and entertainment options. This was perfect as it's reasonably cheap, easy to get to, there's plenty of parking and there are a range of eating choices nearby. We also had our 2 month old with us, and the room was big enough for the 3 of us, along with all of the extra bits and pieces we had taken. From here, it's an easy 5 minute drive to the city centre and is a good base for touring. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant next door was also great and very family friendly. Would definately stay here again for 1 night.

“My first night at a Premier Inn”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 December 2011

I was a bit worried as it was my first time at a Premier Inn, but I had no need to worry as I was delighted from the first minute I walked in to the place.
I was greeted by the most friendly reception I have ever had in the many Hotels I have experienced in my lifetime, it was pointed out to me more than once if I was unhappy about anything it would be sorted, my visit was on the 2nd Dec.
My room was large with a nice double bed, the bathroom like everything in the room was spotless also nice and warm.
It was very handy for the Ice Arena where I was attending an Ice Hockey match, and has a restuarant next door also picture house if you want to watch a movie,McDonalds, KFC and an Indian restaurant.
I was £ 29 for the night here and the next night I spent £59 for a night in another town in a 4* hotel which was not any comfier than the Premier INN to spend a night.
I did not use the restaurant next door for breakfast in the morning as I was departing prior to it opening, but settled for McDonalds, I am returning to Dundee on the 2nd Jan and have booked in again for 2 nights.

“Nice place to stay just north of Dundee”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 December 2011

I booked this using the Premier Inn automated telephone booker whilst we were driving south towards Dundee - all very clever.

Our first stay at a Premier Inn.

We were just 5 minutes away and our details were already in the system.

Offered us a choice or road side or non road side. Room was very clean, everything was in place as expected.

Had dinner at the adjoining pub, very busy, seems to be a favourite for Dundonians as well as travellers.

Overall, a good first impression. We actually got them to book 2 more nights for us at Dundee Central.

Room Tip: Choose non road side if possible, looks over parade of shops and hotel car park.
