We've been visiting Bill and Heather at irregular intervals for over ten years now. Their welcome is genuinely warm and their thoughtfulness enhances every stay with them.
The breakfasts see me through the day and the dinners are legendary and can be accompanied by whatever wine(s) you choose to bring with you. We most often visit during the autumn when the log fires enhance the warm and friendly atmosphere. The location is stunning, set above the Tweed crossing from St Boswell's and the morning dog walk down to Wallace's statue offers atmospheric views across the Eildon Hills by Melrose.
