I have stayed in this hotel several times as we have a dog. However this time we had to park in the town's railway station which is only three pound per night. We only stayed two nights, but this would mount up if people were staying longer. It wasn't the money in this case it was the inconvience of carrying luggage, we also put the dog in the car at meal times so shes not left in a strange room.Because of this we asked for our breakfast in our room, you pay more for this service however I don't know if this was the case that our breakfast was a hugh disapointment. It was dried up and not very warm, we had to call to reception for milk for our cereal, there was no sugar except the couple of sachets that comes with the rooms tea and coffee, the toast was cold and burnt, the continental breakfast had no crossiants as said. There was several other small complaints which I did not complain about. I got this as a deal but you should still recieve decent service therefore I would not recommend this hotel for that and definately not all the full price.
Room Tip: Ask for room with view and don't hace room service for breakfast

Thank you for placing your comments on trip advisor, upon reading your review I was extremely sorry and disappointed to read that there were points during your visit, which had caused you concern. We do not have car parking facilities at the hotel, but there are car parks situated closeby.I have now investigated the points you have raised in regard to the room service breakfast and can now assure you that the problems you experienced within the hotel, and highlighted for our attention are already being addressed, through closer monitoring and more stringent procedures. Once again thank you for the time and trouble you have taken in writing your review on Trip advisor, as it is only through constructive comments such as those you have made that we are able to continually improve our standards of guest care.
