I've stayed at the Craigard three times (July 2011, November 2011 and February 2012) and I can honestly say each stay has been better than the one before. Both Roger and Lori (not forgetting Beanie of course!) are very friendly and welcoming (even when I arrived at 10pm for my first stay, the kitchen was closed but I was still offered something to eat). The rest of the staff were also friendly, polite and relaxed.
The three rooms I stayed were excellent, each one decorated with it's own style and lots of character. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms clean and tidy and again each with it's own character. There was also a nice selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate available. My third room (Jura) was the best.
The inclusive breakfasts were superb, with a fantastic range of cereals, fruit, jams etc. The cooked breakfasts were amazing (I wish I could make scrambled eggs as good!). The evening meals in the restaurant were delicious with a great range for all tastes (I'm a fussy eater too). The only problem was eating to much!
I cannot wait for my fourth stay!
Thank you Roger and Lori for making me feel very welcome.
Room Tip: Jura. Fantastic room, lovely bathroom with underfloor heating which was a nice surprise! Away from t...

Many thanks for this kind review. A lot of people like Room 15, which has a sea view and is located in the old Stable part of the house, separate from the main building. We have just updated another four rooms, so next time you come you may find another favourite! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
