We used this condo as a base while visiting family in the area. The owners are lovely and will help with anything you need.

The condo was absolutely superb! The building is secure and the parking is very handy (there are also visitor spots). The beds (two singles and one North American queen) were very comfortable. There were extra sheets and pillows if needed. Both the bathrooms were extremely clean, with lovely strong shower heads (and extra towels). There is a washing machine (which is also a dryer). The kitchen sparkled and had everything we needed and more. There were so many extra touches in the condo.

There are many wonderful restaurants (and take aways) on the High Street, as well as a Co-op grocery store (all within about 10 minutes from the condo). There is also fantastic children's play park about a 2 minute walk away. Not to mention the Golf Course, which is right outside you door.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to be back someday.

We used the apartment as a base to visit family in Arbroath, and found everything we needed - and to a very high standard. The rooms are a good size, very well presented and cleaned to a high standard. The kitchen was also very clean and well equipped - someone has thought of everything!! The bathrooms were beautiful - fabulous power showers in both the en-suite and the main bathroom!! Parking was also very easy, and it was handy to have 2 sets of keys.

A very small point, but not a complaint, we would have liked better towels, and more of them!! That's it!

We would reccommend this property to anyone wishing to spend time in the area - and we'll most certainly be back!!

Very easy to find and close to all amenities (golf, high st, beach, station, pubs) Luxurious, bright, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Excellent kind and helpful hosts. Perfect for families, friends, couples or singles. Won't be beaten on value for money or location. We will be back!

We have stayed several times to visit family and the area. Although not golfers, it is ideal for the Carnoustie Courses and for walking along the beach. Easy access to local shops, restaurants, pubs, facilities. Also easy to reach main roads and extend your visit beyond Carnoustie for walking, golfing, sight-seeing. Nicely decorated and always clean with enough equipment for comfortable living, cooking and relaxing.
