We were coming to Arbroath to go to a friends wedding in Guthrie Castle and were recommended to stay here and were overjoyed when we arrived and saw the quality of the rooms. The next morning when we got down to breakfast we were again happily surprised by the quality of the english breakfast we had.
With the double glazing we couldnt hear the road outside and slept well. I would recommend this for everyone except possibly anyone with mobility issues since there are stairs to climb and the town is a brisk 20 minute walk away. A lovely suprise for the price we paid.

Had a lovely stay and owner went out of her way to be helpful. Rooms are lovely and very well equipped - loved the biscuits and chocolates on the coffee mugs. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. We were going to a family wedding at Guthrie Castle and this was very handy for it.

As soon as i stepped through the door, i was made really welcome and felt instantly at home. The cleanliness of the room and guest house itself was 5 stars in my eyes. The amenities were just what i needed. I am definately going to stay at this guest house the next time i am in scotland. There was never at anytime that i felt uncomfortable or un-welcome, rather much the opposite. Everyday was a pleasure to stay at this guest house. Close to town centre and Dundee itself. Close links to transport, both rail and bus.

This was our first vist to the Inishowen Guest House: - Hostess was very welcoming in this stylish, modern accommodation. Breakfast was first class with promt service and there was plenty off it to set you up for the day. Inishowen is 7 minutes from the town centre and 20 mins from Dundee and right next to the sea with shore /coastal paths - so a very central location . We would strongly recommend Inishowen Gst Hse to anyone considering visiting Arbroath. Mr & Ms D.
