The hotel is very conveniently situated for Abedeen City centre, which is why we booked it - but never again. It is situated at a busy crossroads and the street noise is appalling. People leaving pubs and nightclubs wander about the street in gangs shouting and calling to each other. This is not the hotel's fault as such, but when we mentioned the noise the receptionist said we should ask for a quiet room next time. As if. The hotel's page does mention that stag and hen parties use this hotel, but we thought a Wednesday night would be fairly quiet. Apart from the noise the bed had a dodgy spring which didn't help towards a good night's sleep.
