I've stayed here a couple of times on business, after getting a bit bored with the more expensive chain hotels that are proliferating in Aberdeen - and have been very happy with it. It's a small (six rooms if I remember correctly) place on a quiet street about five minutes' walk from Aberdeen station and the main shopping areas. All the rooms except two are ensuite (the management offer the ones that aren't ensuite when the others are full, at rock bottom prices), and they have pretty much what you'd expect - tea making facilities, alarm clocks, etc. The bathrooms are small - but on both visits they've been spotlessly clean and with plenty of hot water, bathrobes and the like all included of course.
There's digital TV and free wireless internet that actually works, as well as a computer on the first floor for guests to use. The owners obviously put a lot of effort into running this business, and are very friendly and helpful, which is part of what makes this guest house stand out from the crowd - both times I have stayed here the breakfast has been very well prepared and with a surprisingly wide choice (including some quite local specialities). I'd recommend this as a good place to stay if you're after a friendly bed and breakfast that delivers a bit more than you'd expect, and am likely to return myself.
One thing to flag is that this is a central location and there's no back yard car park - so unless there's room on the streets, anyone driving would probably want to park in the multistory car park south of the station, which is about a block to the north (and which has plenty of space).
