Hotel of average standard but is in an excellant location in the middle of Aberdeen and opposite the train station. Staff were very helpful.

I hated the whole experience and will never set foot through the doors of the station hotel again. The room was freezing, the heater didn't work, the curtains wouldn't fully close, the windows we're so thin you could hear a car a mile away. I never slept one wink. The bath had stains all over it. The shower hardly worked. Never again.

I was dubious about this hotel having read some reviews but needed a hotel near union square. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and standard of the room and also breakfast was good.

If your looking for a new hotel try jurys but if you cant get in there the station hotel is ok.

I have to say it was a memorable experience. A hotel that is used mostly by people who missed their train or oilfield personnel waiting. The room had not been updated since it was built other than adding a TV. The room I must say though was huge! Our stay was made memorable by the uninvited guest of a pigeon who flew in the window. I felt like the scene in The Big Chill when they are trying to chase out the bat.

We ate at the restaurant in the hotel because of a late Sunday arrival and nothing else was open. One waitress and the chef had the night off. Food and service was terrible!
