My mum and sister and I travelled North to visit friends in Omagh last week.We stayed at Arandale and it was very comfortable.Our hosts Ollie and Rita were kind and welcoming on our arrival and saw to all our needs ...even getting a hot water bottle for my elderly mother.Room was large and comfortable and bathroom and shower impeccably clean.
Will go back in the Spring and explore the Sperrins !

Recently stayed here a few weeks ago for the night as I had to come across for a fitness test. I picked the B&B on the basis of the feedback I had read on this site, and yes it was as good as expected if not better for the following reasons:

I couldnt locate the guest house due to me having a poor sat nav and was given directions to the door.
Upon arrival I was made to feel welcome which was nice as I was travelling alone.
I was upgraded to a king size bed even though I booked a single.
The two owners were clearly house proud as every corner of the house was spotless and well presented.
At every opportunity they had the owners were more than happy to chat and accommodate any of your needs, mine was having a lighter breakfast so I missed out on the famous breakfasts but will hopefully be back soon.

Rita and Ollie are the BEST!! The house is lovely, comfortable and quiet, and the breakfasts were delicious. And I slept like a baby, indeed. But my hosts were the best part, and I'll be back there whenever I'm fortunate enough to be back in Northern Ireland!

Immaculately clean and modern home in rural setting. Arandale House is great for allergy sufferers. Comfortable, but no house dust catchers at all. Very friendly hosts were most helpful in providing local information, maps, etc. Breakfast was delicious, and hosts are willing to accommodate dietary requirements. Located a few miles out of town and served by a bus route, but you are best off if you have a car. When we get back to Northern Ireland, we'll definitely stay again!
