“Good hotel great staff”

I stayed for one night in the hotel on business. On arriving the outside of the hotel did not look great but it was a grey January day. I checked in and was given a room with two single beds. I phoned reception and asked if there was any chance of moving to a room with a double bed. The staff were great and not only did they move me but upgraded me to a superior room as it was the only one left. The room was large spacious and modern. It had a king size bed, sofa, large bathroom with a separate shower from the bath. Robes and slippers were included. I had a very comfortable nights sleep. I did not eat in the resturant at night but breakfast the next morning was lovely with the ususal selection of fruit and ceral and a choice of cooked breakfast. The staff were very helpful with lots of things including directions etc only down side was the mobile phone reception. I would stay again and reccommend others to do so.

we stayed 2 nights over the Christmas period. We were going to a wedding and had the whole family with us. Any one who reads my reviews will know that we travel with 3 children one of whom has a physical disability. The hotel gave us a spacious family room . The disability facitities are for 2 people only which did not suit our family needs ,but they offered to let us use the disability bathroom if that would help us.They blended food as we needed, were kind and attentive, had common sense and great friendly chat to the whole family. We felt welcome and relaxed. nothing was a problem for them. The staff were all helpful, professional, kind and facilitated our needs. The food is delicious, the rooms are gorgeous, luxurious and modern, warm, cosy and really comfortable. Loved our stay here.
Do stay here if you have a disability. You will be treated with respect. You will never be made to feel like you are a bother to them. Fantastic. thank you silver Birch staff - you are amazing.

“Very welcoming stay”

We stayed at the Silverbirch, as it is close to our relatives, from booking the room over the phone to arriving at the hotel, the servive and friendliness of the staff was lovely. The reception staff made us feel so welcome. The rooms are nice and comfortable and more importantly exceptionally clean. We ate Lunch and Dinner in the Restaurant and the food was lovely, ample portions and quick service. All in all we felt that our money was very well spent and we are looking forward to returning in January.

Room Tip: Rooms are more private on the first floor.

“Beautiful hotel”

Hi, we stayed in this hotel for mid term, Halloween break with two children under 5 and I have to say the place is exceptional. I dont think I have ever met more professional staff who are friendly, helpful and just so generally nice. The family room was really big, so warm, comfortable, lush carpets and beautiful beds and the children just loved it. The resturant is so reasonably priced, the breakfasts were beautiful and there is a childrens play park a very short walk away from the hotel called Grange Park and Omagh Leisure Centre which has a great swimming pool is about half a mile from the hotel. I couldnt recommend it enough.

“Great hotel in Omagh”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

Recently renovated modern hotel 20 mins. walk from the high street. Lots of free parking. My room had two large twin beds and had been newly decorated and remodeled. Very nice bath with shower. Good heating system. In Oct. it was nice enough to have the window open all day. No fridge. No safe in room (they will handle this at the reception desk). Really excellent free wi-fi throughout all the facility. Bar. Very nice breakfast buffet and fry made to order. Dinner entrees are very large portions (you can't eat it all), good, and a decent price. Laundry service was reasonable and fast. Nice flat screen tv. I was with a class so I do not know the nightly prices.
