Every corner is cut to keep costs down. Cheap look to the room -- think Travelodge without the charm or elegance but at three times the price. Smelly bathroom with a dirty black plug hole in the bathroom and a nasty, plastic shower curtain. Breakfast not included and the grubby hand marks on the glass door into the dining room put you off eating anyway. Scrambled egg like ball bearings. Tinned fruit. Staff the weekend we were there seemed to be local school girls with little clue about what they were doing and no management to direct them. The evening menu is dire and uninspiring but I didn't want to eat it. Car park full throughout our stay so having to park in the open away from the hotel detracted from a good location. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

This hotel is sort of a non-event. We enjoyed the view of the bogside and the lobby is very nice. But the hallways reeked of (rubbing alcohol?). It was an overpowering stench! Luckily, the rooms didn't smell. This hotel is all about the location, which couldn't be better. We arrived just before 7pm and there was no free parking left (had to park a few blocks away in a paid lot--not a big deal really, but worth mentioning). The breakfast was downright bad---there was little food available at 9:30am, and the staff seemed grumpy.

Great Location-right in the city centre! Hotel Receptionist was ignorant and didnt really know what she was doing!! Rooms were lovely and hotel interior was gorgeous. Would recommend as its in a good location+lovely interior. Found it a little expensive though.

Staff at reception very helpful & hotel in a great location but the worst thing has to be the Food ..... Terrible breakfast,no staff to serve,tables full of half empty plates
