“poor wifi”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

stay was fine, staff were very pleasant but the wifi on the 8th floor was rubbish. also the rain dripped all night on a metal windowsill outside my room. The staff at breakfast were very nice but we had to wait for approx 15mins as they seemed understaffed. can't blame the staff for this. Also, sorry to be pickey, these was no muesli or croissants left, no cups either...

“Clean, modern and in great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

Stayed at this hotel back in August 2011 for one night when we were over at the Belsonic festival. We wanted somewhere that was within walking distance of the Europa bus station (as we flew to aldergrove airport and got the bus to there), the city centre and the festival itself. I'm so glad I chose this one as it is in a quiet enough area for a good night's sleep, is easy to walk to from Bus Station (5-10 mins max), and is only 10 minute walk to city centre (about 15 mins to the festival area in the square).

The hotel itself has a modern, new feel to it inside and the room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfy, in fact so much so that we almost slept in the next day! I had a bite to eat at it the next day (simple baked potato dish) and it was properly cooked and prepared.

Only negative I would say is that on the Sunday morning it took a while to get served at the bar to get a simple glass of water and a cup of tea, as there didn't seem to be enough staff on. One girl was trying to serve food and drink, and also check-in/out guests at the same time. Eventually a manager / supervisor came to help out and things were fine after that.

All in all, we would recommend this Premier Inn to anyone and would definitely use it again.

I stayed at the premier Inn on my birthday weekend and was just expecting somewhere in central town and place to get the head down after a night out, But it was wasn't what I was Expecting.
The Staff Were Amazing and couldnt do enough for me, especially the blonde haired girl Bonita on reception she was great craic.
also the Food was excellent and great value for money, the waitress even put a candle in my cake for my b.day which was pretty nice :)
The rooms were cozy and spotless! cant get any better for just £29 a night!!
If i were to stay out in town again I will defo be staying here again.

“Perfect stay for the perfet price!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

For £29 for a twin room for 1 night, we wernt expecting much, but we were very surprised! City centre location which was great. The room was ideal for what we wanted. Somewere just to put our heads down after a concert in the Odyssey and a night on the tiles in Belfast. We got put into a large room with a King sized bed and also a single bed. Both bathroom and bedroom were spotless. Overall, great stay, friendly staff and highly recommended!

“Perfect balance of cost and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

Great location, reasonable room rates, and the best part is definitely the staff - very friendly and helpful. Have stayed there a couple of times with colleagues on a business trip and we were able to walk to some nice pubs and restaurants. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, and you get 30 mins free wi-fi (which allows you to check email quickly if that's all you want to do - but be careful as you only get one free "session" so you can't log in for 10 mins and then again later for another 10 mins). Having said that, wi-fi only costs £3 a day anyway so you can't beat that! Restaurant and bar on site makes you feel at home, too.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not too close to the lifts or you'll hear people coming and going through the ent...
