Great location, reasonable room rates, and the best part is definitely the staff - very friendly and helpful. Have stayed there a couple of times with colleagues on a business trip and we were able to walk to some nice pubs and restaurants. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, and you get 30 mins free wi-fi (which allows you to check email quickly if that's all you want to do - but be careful as you only get one free "session" so you can't log in for 10 mins and then again later for another 10 mins). Having said that, wi-fi only costs £3 a day anyway so you can't beat that! Restaurant and bar on site makes you feel at home, too.

For the price £62pn for a double you cannot beat this hotel, the staff are so nice the rooms large with very comfortable beds and great showers. Try the breakfast it's better than a lot of 5 Star hotels I have stayed in.

Unfortunately my girlfriend doesn't travel as much as I do & for a surprise trip booked, without my prior knowledge. It was difficult for me to not show disappointment for our "romantic" weekend away. The sterility (which nearly affected me as well) of these hotels never fails to amaze me.

Under sufferance I've had to stay at Premiers in various Cities on business because the better hotels had no vacancies, this was no exception.

The only good thing that came out of our weekend was that I need to talk to her more often! Or maybe she needs to listen more??
Avoid if poss.

I stayed here over New Year 2011 as I was meeting friends in Victoria Square Shopping Centre, it is 5mins on foot to the shopping centre and all the main attractions in the heart of Belfast. The hotel itself was lovely with a lovely cheap restaurant on the ground floor. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and made sure I knew where I was going and anything I needed in the hotel. The rooms are basic but comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
