2nd visit to hotel, Will stay again, Very good value for money, All staff very friendly and very helpful, Really put themselves out to make you feel welcome, Rooms very clean, warm with everything that you need. If you need anyhting just ask staff and is no problem at all. So looking forward to breakfast every morning, We would like to thank all staff for making us feel so welcome, We will see you all on our next trip.

I love the Farset International, lovely view, great breakfast and reasonable, helpful staff and the price is good.
It isn't fancy but it is great for me - a private room, private bathroom, TV, fresh air instead of car exhaust or recycled and watching the birds in the pond morning and evening and watching the lights of Belfast just makes my day. There are no private phones but I always have my cell phone and there is a pay phone.
If you want an evening meal you can order it there or order it from nearby take aways and have it delivered fast, taxi service is great or the bus stops not far outside.
I have stayed downtown and hated it, just love the Farset.
Because of the different wings if you find a noisey neighbour you can be moved to another area. There is a kitchen and laundry as well.
The only thing that is unfortunate is that the prices have increased.

Room was small and bed was short and not very comfortable. Six footers will have problems. No drawers or shelves were provided, just a wardrobe. Shower in bath as usual but very good flow. Check cleanliness of towels before using as they don't seem to as I got a couple of 'streaks' from previous users. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful although not very professional, eating their meals at reception area and desk. Tariff included free breakfast cereals. toast and tea and coffee although not very hot out of thermos jugs. In the end you get what you pay for.

Stayed a week in July 2011. I think I'll pay the extra elsewhere.

I loved staying at Farset so much I came back three years running! The staff is friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the location is handy to tourist travel. The rooms have two singles beds, ensuite baths, and clean, clean, clean. Big surprise this year as there is now flat screan TVs in each room. They serve great cooked breakfasts and will serve/save you lunch or dinner with advance notice.
Need travel advice or want bus or train times? The front desk folks will be on it in a flash. I highly recommend Farset International for short or long term stays for individuals or families.
