I took my friend for afternoon tea last week this was a first for both of us we were completely blown away with the great staff the perfect fire and the mountains of food (proper meaty prawn sandwiches was a bonus). I will def be back for more...Matthew that served us was so helpful and polite and offered us boxes to take some food home incase we left any :) we both left with our bellies full and big smiles on our faces....YUM!!!

I came here for dinner with my family after holding a reception at the hotel earlier that day. The staff were absolutely brilliant and ensured we were being looked after at all points throughout the afternoon and evening. The restaurant is a great place to dine with a brilliant selection of well presented and varied dishes. I'd definately recommend this restaurant and hotel to anyone for either a night dining out or as a place to hold a reception/ event.

I had a great stay at the stormont, staff were really friendly had a nice chat with jim the operastions manager made me feel very welcome and give me good directions for the next day, the rooms were nice and modern with a nice bathroom with a fantastic shower will make it my locastion of choice now when I am in belfast

The place itself is lovely but service really let's it down. Staff are friendly but just not good. Quality of food on the evening room service menu was appalling £17 for 2 sandwiches that were probably made around 3 days earlier. The service in the bistro was rubbish and there was only 4 customers. The staff outnumbered customers!!! Breakfast service was a joke. No dirty plates cleaned away had to ask twice for coffee and the eggs we ordered never materialised all this for £16 each. Disappointing
