I travel a lot in the UK. The Europa is the only hotel I genuinely look forward to staying in. From the moment you check in, you feel very much 'at home' by staff who are proud of their hotel and city. The rooms are beautifully appointed and come with the gift of a rubber duck, whose style changes with every stay. The restaurant is excellent, in terms of food and service. The Irish stew is sublime, and the Guinness wheaten bread is beyond words. Best hotel breakfast in the UK -- no contest!

I just love the Europa. I travel to Belfast frequently for business and won't stay any where else [don't even think of the Holiday Inn]. The bed and the pillows are the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed in any where in the world. A lot of hotels give you awful flat or lumpy pillows. The pillows at the Europa are heavenly. The shower is brillant - rain shower and the 'freebies' are from the White company, lovely. No complaints what so ever - ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Europa Hotel. We travelled to Belfast as ferry foot passengers during the Christmas Holidays. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after we had checked out so we were able to enjoy the rest of our day exploring Belfast. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Belfast. Great location for getting about the city. Staff are really helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and airy. Breakfast and evening meal are amazing! I highly recommend having your meals in the hotel. I will be back as it was a fantastic time had by my self and my good friend.
