“New Year at Cordia Apartments”

Great modern apartments. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient location...short bus or taxi ride to the city center. Safe free underground car park. Tesco directly next door is great for stocking up on breakfast and snacks. Restaurants within walking distance. Belfast is a great city to explore and for shopping. Would definitely recommend staying at the Cordia. Only suggestion would be option of twin beds in second bedroom for teenage kids. Otherwise.. really great!

Thank you for your positive review about Cordia Serviced Apartments. It's always nice to hear that we have made our guests happy. I am glad you found our staff to be polite and helpful my team and I very much appreciate your courteous words.

Your point about having twin beds in the bedrooms is very valid and we will reflect on your suggestion soon. We are looking forward to welcoming you again in future.

Kind Regards

“Apartments for Families”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 November 2011

Stayed in Cordia Apartments Belfast for 2 nights mid-week. 2 adults and 2 kids. Liked the self-catering idea cos meant we weren't tied to a hotel schedule. Tesco right beside apartments so very handy for fresh bread, meat, fruits, etc. Plenty of takeaways nearby for takeout. Break was very relaxing because once we closed the door in the evening, we watched DVDs and listened to the hustle and bustle outside. It was also very easy on the pocket. The apartments were clean and functional and ideal with families with kids. Only gripe with apartment was lack of saucepans so you won't be cooking any four course meals in apartment. Parking very secure and is within easy reach of the city; would stay there again in the future.

Room Tip: Rooms are front are on the street so traffic can be heard early

“Convenient base for exploring Belfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 October 2011

We chose this self-catering accommodation for our two night stay in Belfast based on its fairly central location, 24h reception and the fact that parking was included in the price. We arrived in the evening and check-in was straightforward. The apartments are very modern and clean with all the necessary facilities. Although I had pre-booked a cot this was not in the room but quickly supplied by reception staff. Parking is available in the underground garage which makes packing and unpacking much easier. There is a medium sized Tesco store right next door so getting essentials is very easy indeed. There are also a number of restaurants and take-aways nearby. On departure I was a little surprised that there was a surcharge for electricity as this had not been sufficiently clear in the booking information. However, given the great location and excellent facilities this is certainly a good choice when staying in Belfast.

“Brilliant services and location!”

Went on a hen weekend to Belfast and we decided to stay at the cordia serviced apartments due to there being 12 girls and were looking for a bargain!
There were no tea coffee etc but this wasn't a problem as there was a tesco right next door with everything you could possibly need, hotel staff were helpful in booking taxi's etc for us by which cost around £3.20 to get into town- cheaper than the bus!
Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
No complaints from any of our group 12 women aged between 24-62 z
and all found it very good and would definitely go back.

Room Tip: Ask for a hill view.

“Mixed Feelings!!”

Stayed here April 2009 too and it has gone downhill rapidly since!
Overall very clean & a great location but very very small bedrooms.
On my last stay we were given apartments without balconies and with a sliding door that wouldn't open and to make it worse after we left they charged my credit card for damage done in another apartment because they knew we were travelling together, even though another credit card had been used for that room!!

Room Tip: Ask specifically for a balcony
