I have stayed in these hotels all over UK both business and pleasure so knew what I was up with on arrival I travelled up from Bristol (Premierinn Portishead) having a fantastic stay great food,great staff and friendly atmosphere all around until I got to Swansea checked into the hotel normal routine and decided to grab a pint and food nxt door restaurant was a little empty as expected but then I begun to understand why the whole of the staff working that night was obviously in a rush to get home at very rude, very ignorant, and very un-helpful def wouldnt stay here again "VERY RUDE" take a lesson from other premier inn's ! you have lost 1 customer down to your restaurant next door Mr Premierinn.

£67 for a room would sooner of stayed at the sea front

We have stayed at Premier Inns a number of times and consider them the best budget option. The fact that we got this room for £29 made it even better. Staff were polite and helpful (as we have found everywhere).Bed comfortable and the room clean and well serviced but can we have more than 2 tea bags please?

The only let down is the evening meal (help yourself buffet option) in the attached pub. Although very cheap it is frankly awful and having tried it more than once in more than one location to see if it was a one off we would not try it again. I think if it was better quality we would pay more, as it is we always eat out. This issue isn't specific to this hotel, it seems to be the same in all of the Premier Inn chain. That having been said it does not detract from the overall value of the chain or the quality of this hotel.

Only real niggle is that my SatNav takes me to a non-existent road to get to the place, but that is an issue for Tom Tom I guess, best to be warned though. Head for the Asda superstore and swing in to the hotel carpark that way.

Overall a comfortable and very reasonably priced stay which we will happily repeat

On visiting relatives, we booked up with Swansea North Premier Inns on-line and received a very swift response and confirmation, on arrival, we were greeted with the utmost courtesy and friendliness which made us feel at home straight away, the room was comfortable and warm with all provisions available.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff when we requested extra towels and pillows and we were given good advice on where to visit in the local area, a most excellent stay which we would recommend to anyone heading for this part of Wales.

I received the TERRIFIC offer of a free night if I stayed a number of nights at Premier Lodge. My fault I did not read the small print which stated, if I did not pay the full usual price the offer was null and void.
You guest it, I stayed the number of nights, one of which was an offer price, and then it was explained I did not qualify. If Premier want to take on Holiday In express this is not a good start.
I have not stayed there since.
