Our group arrived on Friday 27th January 2012 and were greeted by excellent and friendly staff. We were effeiciently dealt with and all given clean, spacious rooms with spotlessly clean en suites. Our breaksfast was fantastic on both mornings and Saturday afternoon the bar/restuarant was very busy! I would highly recommend this hotel!! 5 mins walk to main street and 30 seconds walk to train station also helps!!

The room we were first given smelled like smoke (despite a big "No Smoking" sign on the back of the door) so we requested another room immediately. The second room smelled like mold/mildew.

Our Group of 25 + Driver arrived on Sat 10th December en route to Munster Rugby Game - We were greeted with top class services from all staff and management at the Grand Hotel Swansea. The Accommodation was of a very high standard and the food was exceptionnal.

Thanks to everyone in Grand Hotel Swansea for making our trip such a wonderful experience.

We will definitely be returning

Up Munster!!!

by total accident after trying to book a B&B we found this hotel and were so impressed with the value for money a mid week low season room rate offers we booked without hesitation, we were not disappointed, great staff, amazing room, remarkably reasonable food prices and had a great sleep in a very comfortable bed with little or no noise disturbance despite being pretty central. Will definitely be returning and soon!!
